Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AppScale website (appscale.in) and our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
AppScale LLP provides technology consulting services including AI/GenAI architecture, cloud infrastructure, system design, CTO advisory, architecture reviews, and DevOps engineering. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, code samples, and blog articles is the property of AppScale LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Code samples shared on our blog are provided under the MIT License unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our consulting services will be outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes but is not limited to technical architectures, business strategies, codebases, and client data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.
Limitation of Liability
AppScale LLP provides services on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all work product delivered up to the termination date remains the property of the client, subject to payment of outstanding invoices.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
