Privacy Policy

Project Paw-Power

Project Paw-Power ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by Satyam Kumar. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built this app for children and adults; the policy is written to be simple to read.

Summary in one paragraph

The app does not collect any personal information from you. Nothing is sent to a server. Your player name, level progress, and audio preferences are stored only on your device. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.

What the app stores on your device

The app uses your device's local storage (Apple's UserDefaults / Preferences API) to remember:

  • Your player name (the name you type on the "Player Profile" screen)
  • Which levels you have completed and your best time / rank
  • Your chosen difficulty
  • Your audio settings (music on/off, sound effects on/off)
  • Whether you have seen the how-to-play tutorial

This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted, shared, or backed up to any server we control. Standard iOS or Android device backups (iCloud, Google Drive) may include this data as part of your device backup, in which case Apple or Google's policies apply — not ours.

What the app does NOT do

  • We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contact info
  • We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA, advertising ID)
  • We do not show ads or use ad networks
  • We do not include any analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
  • We do not use social media SDKs, login-with-Apple/Google, or any external authentication
  • We do not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions
  • We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, or any other sensitive iOS/Android permission

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because the app collects no personal information and connects to no server, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather data from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K). The app is safe for children of all ages to use without parental data-sharing concerns.

Cookies and third-party services

The app itself does not use cookies. The public website hosting this policy may log standard server-side request metadata (IP address, User-Agent) as part of normal web-server operation.

Your rights

Because we do not have any of your personal data, there is nothing to access, export, correct, or delete on our side. If you wish to clear your local game data, you can:

  • iOS: delete and reinstall the app, or reset the app in Settings.
  • Android: clear app data from Settings → Apps → Project Paw-Power → Storage.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add anything that changes what data is handled, we will update the "Effective date" above and describe the change in this document. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
